SA Delta Drone attaches great importance to protecting your privacy.

D. TO RESPECT YOUR CHOICE WHEN WE ASK FOR YOUR CONSENT TO PROCESS DATA IN A PARTICULAR INSTANCE

- where the purposes described above give rise to automated decision-making resulting in legal effects that concern you or significantly affect you, we will inform you separately of the underlying reason and the intended significance and consequences of this data processing;

4. TO WHICH CATEGORIES OF ENTITIES CAN YOUR PERSONAL DATA BE DISCLOSED?
In order to fulfil the aforementioned purposes, we may disclose your personal data only to:
- Delta Drone employees;
- service providers and subcontractors performing services on our behalf;
- business and banking partners;
- financial or judicial authorities or State agencies and public bodies, upon request and within the limits of what is permitted by the regulations;
- certain regulated professions such as lawyers, notaries and auditors as well as insurers and experts.
5. TRANSFER OF PERSONAL DATA OUTSIDE THE EUROPEAN ECONOMIC AREA
In the case of international transfers from the European Economic Area (EEA):
- if the European Commission has issued an adequacy decision, granting that country a level of personal data protection equivalent to that provided by EEA legislation, your personal data will be transferred on this basis;
- if the level of protection has not been recognised as equivalent by the European Commission, we shall rely either on an exemption that is applicable to the situation (for example: in the case of an international payment, the transfer is necessary for the performance of the contract), or on the establishment of one of the appropriate safeguards to ensure the protection of your personal data (contractual clauses approved by the European Commission, binding business rules).

6. HOW LONG DO WE STORE YOUR PERSONAL DATA FOR?
We store your personal data for the longest period necessary to comply with the applicable laws and regulations or for another duration taking into account the operational constraints such as the proper execution of your contract, effective management of customer relationships and responses to legal or regulatory requests. For example, in the case of customers, most information is stored for the duration of the contractual relationship and for five years after the end of the contractual relationship, excluding accounting documents.
As regards prospective customers, information is stored for 18 months from the date of the collection of the data or our last contact with you.

- Right to object: you may object to the processing of your personal data, for reasons related to your particular situation. You have the absolute right to object to the processing of your personal data for purposes of commercial prospecting, including profiling related to this prospecting.
- Right to data portability: where this right applies, you have the right to have the personal data that you have provided to us returned to you or, where technically possible, to transfer them to a third party;
- The right to set guidelines for the storage, deletion or disclosure of your personal data after your death;
- Right to withdraw consent: if you have given your consent for your personal data to be processed, you have the right to withdraw consent at any time.
